Many land owners and developers control sites that are uneconomic to develop owing to a lack of infrastructure. In the UK the hideous cost of installing a new grid electrical supply is a primary driver of this. Levercor’s systems have proved much cheaper to install than new grid electrical supplies at sites in the South, Midlands and the North of England.
